What Deletion Covers
When you submit an account deletion request, our team will review and purge the following associated records, subject to legitimate legal compliance and security retention requirements:
- User Account Profile: Your registered email address, authentication credentials, and user identifier.
- Knowledge Bases: All workspaces, project titles, and folder groupings created under your account.
- Uploaded Documents: Stored document files (PDFs, DOCX, TXT, Markdown) uploaded to your workspaces.
- Indexed & Derived Data: Extracted document passages, structural metadata, and dense vector embeddings generated for search retrieval.
- AI Interaction History: Saved chat sessions, questions, retrieved context logs, and generated response records associated with your account.
Important Security Notice: For security, we may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing deletion. We will never ask you for your password, authentication token, API key, credit card details, or document contents to verify your identity.
